Start-up Period

In 1989,

Dalian Lvsang Cast Iron Corporation Ltd. was founded in October 26th,1989.

In 1990,

DISA Line was put into production.

In 1991,

Begun to provide products for Toshiba Japan which is one of top 500 companies in the world.

In 1992,

MD Shop was put into production.

In 1993,

Dalian Credit Rating Committee :"AAA Credit Corporation ".

In 1994,

Dalian Foreign Trade & Economic Committee:"Export-orientation Corporation".

In 1995,

Machine shop started production; Dalian Government: "Dalian Tax Credibility Rating Excellent Corporation".

In 1996,

China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment: "National Excellent Foreign Investment Corporate of 1996"; Begun to provide parts for HITACHI.

In 1997,

China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment: "National Excellent Foreign Investment Corporate of 1997"; Begun to provide parts for YASKAWA.

In 1998,

China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment: "National Excellent Foreign Investment Corporate of 1998; Begun to provide parts for Ebara Japan.

In 1999,

Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Dalian Government: "Civilization Enterprise "; Dalian Municipal Bureau of Statistics:"Industrial Leading Corporation".

In 2000,

Dalian Foreign Trade & Economic Committee and China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment: "Dalian Foreign Investment Excellent corporation of 2000" ;established and implemented quality management system according to ISO9001 quality management system.

In 2001,

Begun to provide products for HITACHI KOUKI which is one of top 500 companies in the world.

Growth Period

In 2002,

Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Dalian Government:"Civilization Enterprise"; Dalian Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau :"Advanced Technical Corporation".

In 2003,

Foudry, Machine shop and Cleaning and Assembly Foundry as the subsidiaries of Lvsang were set up. Dalian Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau and China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment: "Dalian Foreign Investment Excellent corporation" .

In 2004,

The modification of 3 sets energy-saving and environmental hot blast cupolas finished; Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Dalian Government:"Civilization Enterprise"; Toshiba Dalian Corporation:"Quality Evaluation No.1 of All The Vendors".

In 2005,

The modification of electrical furnace and resin sand was accomplished;The reconstruction of machine shop has accomplished and a large number of machining equipments were newly introduced; Dalian Municipal Committee of the Communist Party of China and Dalian Government:"Kindness and Donation Prize";Begun to provide products for MAZDA which is one of the top 500 companies in the world.

In 2007,

The reconstruction of cleaning and assembly plant has accomplished;Dalian Economic Commission:"Dalian Labor Relationship Harmonizing Corporation".

In 2008,

Dalian Municipal Trade Union :"The Ten Best Companies of Two Lovings and Two Pickings"

In 2009,

Begun to provide automotive products for TOYOTA, VOLVO and GM; Begun to provide products for ABS Group and ITT.

In 2010,

New water curtain painting line was put into production;" Dalian Democratic Management of Advanced Units"

In 2011,

Expand machining capacity again and set up north machining shop. New machining line was put into production;"Class A entrepreneurs on Customs"

In 2012,

The first self-made Core-making Machine was put into use successfully.

In 2013,

Won the "dalian high-tech zone advanced unit" , the honorary title was awarded by dalian high-tech zone.

In 2014,

Pass the audit of environmental management system certification, occupational health and safety management system, ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system; won the second prize of enterprise management progress in Dalian. Remove coal-fired boilers, and connect heating network.

In 2015,

Invest 20 million RMB to upgrade equipment and facilities, increase the capacity of substations, add 2 sets of medium frequency induction furnace with 1.5 ton melting capacity, set up high-precision workshop, and introduce through shot blasting loop.

In 2016,

Lvsang was certified "Dalian High-Tech Enterprises",

In 2017,

Japanese machining experts join in machining shop to update the management concept of machine shop, and receive the prize of "outstanding supplier of Sulzer Group" of 2017.

In 2018,

The North Machining Shop has been expanded, and introduced new high-precision equipment such as Osaka, CNC vertical and full-function CNC lathes and the mold factory fully relocated and expanded. Got the praise of" Toshiba Dalian's excellent partner of the year".
