With Lvsang 30th years' growth, Dalian Lvsang Cleaning and Assembly Factory is from a subsidiary cleaning shop for foundry gradually enlarged to be a comprehensive production center with a combination of casting blasting, grinding, packaging and painting, and products assembly.

The Cleaning and Assembly factory takes an area of 6,000 square meters, owns about one hundred employees, including more than 10 professional technicians and managing people. It has blasting workshop, grinding workshop, painting and packaging workshop. With the spirit of "valuing truth and honesty, stressing on practice, and pursuing effects and fruits", factory employees have been industrious, intensive studying, innovative, devoted and enthusiastically working. They can realize blasting, polishing, painting and assembling more than 5,000 products of the company. They are the new force in the development of the factory.

The cleaning and assembly plant uses shot blasting to clean the surface of the raw castings. The factory has a variety of types of shot blasting machines, with the ability of shot blasting cleaning for motor shell, motor end cover, reducer body, pump cover and other products of various shapes; as early as 2013, high efficiency through shot blasting machine and mesh belt shot blasting machine were introduced. Machine, production efficiency has been greatly improved, while the product quality has been better guaranteed. At the same time, vertical grinding wheel and various pneumatic and electric tools are used to grind the raw castings produced by the company, which complements the shortcomings of shot blasting cleaning, and has the inner cavity cleaning technology to deal with high and complex deep cavity and special-shaped products. Five suspension dipping and environmental protection water curtain spraying rings are equipped with powder on the surface of products with the ability of spraying, electroplating, phosphating and galvanizing. With the development of the factory, we pay more attention to environmental protection. In view of dust and noise, we introduce high-power dust collectors and sound insulation studios. In the treatment of paint exhaust gas, we introduce the professional organic solvent catalytic device NF-HX-2Z-11-26 to achieve standard emission. Clean up the whole plant equipped with professional assembly fitters responsible for the assembly of products to ensure that the whole product meets customer assembly tolerance requirements; and always pay attention to the packaging requirements of imported products of commodity inspection, customs, and adopt the most economical and reasonable packaging methods to provide customers with economic, practical and safe packaging.

In order to meet customers' requirements, Cleaning and Assembly Factory has constantly updated machinery and equipment, introduced through type Q487 shot blasting equipment, M1250-11 mesh belt type shot blasting equipment, paint drying loop line and other equipment & facilities. At the same time, they devote to improve the detection ability, to check the thickness of the paint film and Paint adhesion before packaging and delivery, and have ability to do MT & penetrant test.
